Go to the court registry at the court house. Tell them what you want to do. Follow their directions.

Check for lawyers in your area.

I get in trouble when I start to practice law and medicine. You are asking for legal advice from volunteers and amateurs about a decision that will affect you for the rest of your life. Do not fall into the “economy at any cost” trap. If you have everything settled, write it down and see an attorney, just to be safe.

Call the courts of pennsylvania and ask the clerk what you can do and what forms need to be completed and the timeline for everything. It can be done and you may have to get some things notarized to let you know. Good luck.
